  "A beige-furred otter, she stood at just below average height. What she didn't have in height, she made up for in width. She was the sort of female who, even without the extra weight she carried, would always have been described as 'big-boned', and her prematurely greyed hair added to this, creating, at first glance, a much more mature-looking furre than she was. A longer look at her face would reveal this. Bodily, she wore a simple brown skirt that dropped to her black boots, and an eggshell blue blouse that matched her grey-blue eyes."
