In the RP world there are many characters that are actually fairly average, except for the special item they posses that lends them amazing power. Even characters that already have extraordinary power draw more from these special items.
With my mind yearning for some creativity, and possibly the fact that I need a small break from overwhelming amounts of homework, I am offering the well-developed creation of these special items. I will figure out what it does, roughly how it looks (because of my very poor art skills a rough drawing will be given at most), its history, flaws, and most importantly; its powers.
Please answer the following questions so that I can create the type of item you wish!
Question One: What sort of item do you wish to receive (weapon, armor, scroll, etc.)? What genre is it?

Example Product: Griffon Pardoner's Purification Cup
Throughout the world there exist three types of enchanted stone cups that posses the power to transmute the substance inside. One of these, and also the most common of these irreplaceable artifacts, is the purification cup. The intricate markings along the rim and base of the cup hold an enchantment made of old magic that cleanses the substance it holds inside, making it harmless to drink. This item is most commonly used by adventurers to keep their thirst quenched without relying on heavy water skins, and Kings who use it to make sure their drink holds no poison before they consume it.

If you would be so kind, it would be better if it would match her in the way of her style. Moriah is generally dressed in black due to her having dark auburn hair, bright green eyes, and pale white skin.

Alright, taking a break from homework to get these in! I have them listed in order below. At this time there are no rough sketches, I have not had time. If by some chance I am able to do so later I will see if I can get one to you. If you have a keen desire to know what it looks like outside of the description I give it, then please let me know and I will work on a rough sketch as soon as I can.
For Enya (played by Sweetyceltic):The Altering Armor
In ancient times there was a small, but mighty, kingdom of shape-shifters. With their race imbued with already enough magic to change their shapes at will, mages, wizards, and all other sorts of magic wielders became popular. Although the kingdom crumbled as a result of nomadic feral werewolf raids, and the slaughter of shape-shifters that ensued, several artifacts have survived.
One of these, the Altering Armor, was a prized possession to the shape-shifters, and the werewolves that owned it thereafter. These rare pieces of armor were given to the royal guard of the shape-shifter kingdom when they were knighted. Whenever a shape-changer of any sort (were's, shape-shifters, vampires, etc.) changed their form while wearing the armor, the armor changed with them. This armor kept the knights protected at their most vulnerable point, and protected them when beast or man.
To distinguish knights from one another, an enchantment was added to the sleek, silver toned armor. In the breatplate, centered over the sternum, was a small circle that would hold a single gem. As a gem was placed inside, the enchantment would hold it in place, also turning parts of the armor the same color as the gem it now held. This was actually used to display the color that represented its valiant bearer, and is still rarely used, and rarely works, unless the bearer him/herself proves to be valiant.
After these items were looted, the went directly to those who lead the werewolf clan. As time passed on, and several were destroyed, only a select few would be able to ever be granted one of these suits of armor. Usually a werewolf would have to deserve it with no doubt, or they would have to be well connected.

For Moriah Blackstone (played by Kurosakuranbo14): The Whiplash Dagger (aka- hatred's form)
Not all witches have been great at naming things. This is why we have things like 'hocuspocus' and 'bubble bubble, toil and trouble'. This is also who a powerful dagger was originally named the whiplash dagger, later to earn the name hatred's form.
Passed down generation to generation, this blade holds the power to temporarily give the magic of its wielder tangible form. Drawing from the witch's mana, the dark-toned metal dagger can create an energy-like burst that blasts a short distance forward when slashed with. The more powerful the magic of the bearer, the sharper, and therefor more dangerous, the spurt of tangible magic is. This ability, the dark-toned metal, its black hilt, and red accent give it a wicked look.
As powerful as this blade is, it has two drawbacks. The first of these is that its own power relies on that of its bearer. That means that if a weak magic user wields it, there will only be a dull attack that does still deliver a crushing attack, but does not do nearly that which a powerful bearer could do with it. The second drawback is how it achieved its alternate name. While the blade connects with the wielder's magic, it also connects with the wielder's emotions. Most emotions do not do anything to the dagger, except anger. When the wielder loses his or her temper, the blade has been known to fire off when they are most angry, causing terrible damage. In order to truly master the blade, one must master them self.

No problem! I've had yours on my mind since the start. The newest part was the ancient kingdom, which I came up with today. I figured you may like to exercise some creative elements with it in your RPs so I added the color changing. The morphing was at request, and was a brilliant idea!
