Something I've seen on other forum-based RP sites and done a little here is to have an IC topic and an OOC topic for the same RP, to keep them shared, but separate. When not used, OOC tends to end up a little of everywhere - in the IC, in PMs, in the setup topic, a little in chat... And when one is used, people aren't always aware of it due to setup issues and such.
I think it'd be convenient if the was an easy way to access an RP's OOC bits from any page of the RP topic. I have two thoughts on this.
1. When creating an IC topic, there is an extra slot where a url for an OOC topic can be entered. A link would then appear on every page of the IC topic.
2. Instead of a link to be entered, every IC topic automatically has something like a little chatbox attached to it, viewable/accessible from every page of the IC topic.
