I like that our block system allows to write down the reason why you blocked someone! I had to block an anon character a while ago, which blocks the user as a whole. I don't know who the user is but the character has been deleted. So I can't change the block reason because I can't block this person again.

Can we have a pencil next to a blocked individual and adjust the reason there, so that this isn't an issue?

It's possible, but so low priority it's almost a no. =/ Block reasons are a rarely utilized feature to begin with, and I'm not sure most people want to update their notes on why they don't like someone they are avoiding very often.
