I was wondering what happens when you block someone. When I block someone do their posts never show up until I unblock them? In the 'Find RP' tab do their proposals for RPs disappear until I unblock them? Sorry for the stupid question, it's just that I've never blocked someone before 
When you block someone, it prevents them from contacting you directly, such as via PMs, by sending you gifts or kudos, leaving comments in your guestbook, etc. It doesn't matter whether you block their main user account or one of their characters, even if that character was anonymous. It will prevent any direct contact.
It does NOT hide their public activity such as forum posts, as that could result in very confusing situations where it appears that people are talking to themselves.
It also does NOT prevent them from seeing your own public forum posts, for the same reason.
