In the year 2050 the government began acting oddly, an investigation was started and it was discovered that the Vice President had been replaced... Kind of. The Vice President still retained all his memories, but his body and skeleton along with all his organs were replaced with a strong fiber plastic call Chrome Compound 4. To everyone's surprise the Vice President was as confused about this as everyone else, and it was then that some of the members of congress drew weapons and murdered the VP only to be shot and killed by the secret service revealing that these "Chromans" were everywhere! In our government, in our schools, the only group that seemed to be immune were the children... Who was replacing Humanity? Any why??

Harvey would always remember this morning, not because of the beautiful summer day outside, not because of the reports all over the new of mysterious kidnapings of local celeberaties and law inforcement officers, not because he was happy or sad, or anything like that... He would remember today as the last day that he ever woke up from a good night sleep.

Going to the mirror in the bathroom he examined his face as if something felt different. His eyes were the thing that really got his attention, his once brown dull eyes were now a beautiful Gold color. "What the hell?" Noises outside tore him away from his reflection, riots all across the WNA. The Western Nation of America once only 50 states, now included the Canadian Provences, Purto Rico, North Mexico, South Mexico, and Panama (which was now one large district including everything from the South Mexico boarder down to South America.

This new America formed after a council desired that too many "good American lives" we're being lost in the Middle East during the first two decades of 2000. So this council which included the president, VP, and a few members of congress and the board of defense, decided to unleash a storm of Nuclear missiles on that side of the world. Many protested but the WNA was too much of a super power for Europe and the SSR, they had no choice but to let America play God.

So the riots outside consisted of middle easterners "avenging" their fallen homeland, and activists speaking out against the WNA and their annexation of Mexico and Canada, along with the other nations they believed were fine on there own. Harvey took a deep breath and put on his suit, time for another day at the office. He grabbed his ID badge to get into the Pentagon and headed out the door.

(do you have any character restrictions on this RP, because Thaumic could play very nicely in here with the whole "humans turning into robots/cyborgs/something else" thing. Although his appearance WOULD be quite out of place, I could imagine him being sent from the Void/traveled there to investigate the happenings going on.)
