They probably opted out of being in the public directory of groups.
Well that's annoying. I guess that more or less means nobody can get together under one roof and do WoD RP. Should I make my own?
It most likely means it is for a specific group of people, and requires an invite to join. Making your own with a slightly different name than you originally planned on is a great option.
