My terms of service and rules!
- If you wish to commission me, please read everything in my TOS first! When you've read it and know what you'd like, message me here with as much detail on what you want as you can give me! Please list everything you'd like the art to include, link references, and add any notes you think will be important for me to know! I'll get back to you as quickly as I can with a quote, but please understand others may be contacting me so it may take a short while to get to you.
- I reserve the right to put you on a waiting list or turn you down if I have too many outstanding commissions, but that's not likely to happen.
- I am currently ONLY able to accept payment through PayPal, in USD.
- For all commissions of 35 dollars and over, half of the payment is required before I begin drawing. The other half may be paid when the final art has been OK'd, but you won't get a non-watermarked version of the art until payment has been received in full.
- I DO NOT require up front payment for art under 35 dollars, but it is appreciated and you still won't get your unwatermarked art until payment is received.
- Though I'm willing to haggle a bit on really big orders basic prices for art are non-negotiable, and I reserve the right to raise or lower the quote of a requested piece independently of my listed prices (within reason).
- The time it takes me to finish a commission can vary. Sometimes I finish something complex in a few hours, sometimes a week and a bit. I will let you know if there will be a serious delay, but please be patient and understanding!
- I send lots of WIP art. If you don't care/don't want it/enjoy a surprise, please inform me ahead of time!
- If at any point during the drawing you need something changed, please let me know! I'll be happy to accommodate small changes, and I won't add an additional fee unless the changes requested massively change the art, or if SEVERAL (and I mean a LOT) of changes are requested.
- You may ask for a refund on your art up until it is 50% complete (Around the lineart phase), at that point the money you have already paid is mine. You may choose not to continue with the commission and not pay the rest of the fee, but you will not receive a refund of what you've already paid.
- I use two different signatures depending on where I'm going to post the art, so don't get too confused if you see either of them on the work I've got displayed, I promise all the art is mine! I've mostly stopped doing this, so this is mostly to do with old references and the like.
- Unless otherwise stated all the characters in the reference art belong to me! So donut steel please! (Also if you're super curious about any of them that don't have profiles let me know I would be happy to scream about them and maybe RP with them ty)
- I do not have many hard rules about what content I am willing/not willing to draw. I am not an easy to offend person, and I don't have any issue with gore/most kinks. Please do not be upset if I refuse your request, though, and I reserve the right to do so if I simply cannot bring myself to draw it.
- I reserve the right to add a fee of any amount I feel represents my discomfort for what I'm drawing; Very extreme kinks, very complicated situations, things like that. Often times the fee is less a charge for me being grossed out and more simply that I don't know what I'm doing and will have to do research I don't necessarily want to do, hehe.
- The few things I WON'T draw are as follows:
Real humans, celebrities, people you know, et-cetera (Face claims are fine, but I'll take liberties!)
Most canon characters, especially anime/manga characters (An exception is if you're TFA trash like I am, I'll draw Hux all day long)
Fingernail/toenail/hoof/claw injuries (Personal hangup, lol)
Cars, planes, mechas or other modern or futuristic vehicles (I'm just not good enough at them)

-IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT-
Hey guys, I wanted to let everyone know who's watching this thread that I'm going to be leaving the country for the duration of september! I'm leaving late this month, so I'm going to have to have to have a cutoff point to make sure no one who orders art gets left in the cold!
I WILL NOT BE ACCEPTING NEW COMMISSIONS AFTER AUGUST 16th!
I also cannot make a hard promise that if my commission queue gets very full that I will be able to get to everyone before I leave! It's just a fact of life I'm afraid, I can't bring my tablet with me on this trip and obviously the weeks before one sets out on a trip tend to be pretty stressful and hectic. I'll do my very best to keep in close contact with anyone I owe art so that if there will be a delay any changes of plans/payment/cancellations can be dealt with. Of course, those of you who would still like art this month despite that are greatly appreciated so my poor husband can buy himself takeout while I'm gone. X3
Thank you all so much for bearing with me while I re-set my Canadian visa for hopefully the last time!
