Someone posted a reply to an RP and we simply need it deleted. They were asking to join in it and edited it since. Would someone (An admin or mod I suppose) be able to delete it from the thread?

You can always use the report button on a post (top right corner) to get a moderator to remove posts that are no longer relevant/were double posted by accident etc. 
Done, though Sanne is absolutely correct that the report button tends to summon mods a bit faster.
