MTS Orphanage accepts all sorts of children that are abandoned. These children are precious in their sight and mission of the Sisters who run it. The Sisters are misfits in society themselves and went through the school of hard knocks where they have learned to control their own special powers given to them.
These special powers are dubious to the normal world for they cannot be explained in a scientific way. The reason why that the powers cannot be explained scientifically is that there is no one who can teach them what they need to know. No one has sat down and honestly, open mindedly looked at their thought processes. Their ways of thinking may be a bit warped but they can control certain powers. Powers of Paranormal Abilities.
This will be a real life type of RP where the sisters will help anyone to achieve their style of life in this world. They stand up to prejudices and discrimination of those who are not exactly the same as others. Their main focus is the young people in this world who are misunderstood. They are out to make a safer world for those who do have Paranormal Abilities.
Their main mission in life is to find a place for those children, teens and young adults who have Paranormal Abilities. The government has given the orphanage various grants to figure out why some people have these Paranormal Abilities. This is where the real money comes in. And their life mission.
Needed are scientists, doctors, testers and most importantly those who have Paranormal Abilities. Are you one of those? Do you need help? Perhaps you know of someone who might be one with Paranormal Abilities, Magical Ability or a Malformation?

It centers on a small hospital that is turned into an orphanage. This orphanage is unique in the way that it provides safety and secure births to any person that wish to come. They frown on abortion but yet feel that it is the right of the mother to be relieved of their burdens. They do their best to discourage abortion in favor of giving the mother the needed help. There are cases where they do abortions such as when the baby is going to badly malformed or is considered a health risk to the public. This is the only a very small portion of their mission.
They accept children and newborns into their care with the intent to find them a good home. This is their secondary mission. The process is determined by many factors and they are not what most organizations have. The prospective parents must spend their time at the hospital for testing. The testing is the first step. Then the parenting classes as well as frequent checkups in the home and outside of the home. Not many are willing to undergo all of this testing and checkups for they usually feel that the sisters are invading their privacy too much. The sisters really don’t care what the polite society thinks.
There is some Magical Abilities and Malformations as well.
