When I click to go to the Home page it shows the All subscriptions. This is usually the site general notifications, etc. But at one point I had it so it defaulted to the Subscribed forum notifications- when people posted to me, when I posted to their threads, and so on. But lately it's gone back to the All subscriptions.
Is there a way to make Subscribed the only ones that appear when clicking to go to the Home page?

It's never been possible to just set the homepage to the default 'subscribed topics only' I'm afraid! You must have experienced a lull in other notifications at some point, or your subscribed topics were particularly active.
There is also no alternate way to customize notification settings to achieve this; you would have to disable every option but "Forum Posts", and that doesn't filter on subscribed topics alone. Clicking on "Subscribed Topics" is the easiest and most efficient way to filter those! You can also leave that page open in a tab, it will be updated when new posts are made.
I recommend bookmarking the Subscribed topics page and placing it at the top of your browser's bookmarks bar as an easily accessible alternative, so you can navigate there from anywhere on the site.

You can also cut down on posts that you aren't directly interested in by turning off seeing IC topics you aren't subscribed to. From the homepage, click the pencil in the sidebar next to "all" then uncheck IC Forum Posts (That I'm not subscribed to), then press the "update your settings" button
