Okay, so there is this thing i do when i get bored of an rp.

i just completely ghost people.

And i feel bad about it.

I have a habbit of doing this because i will get bored, and then get too nervous to tell the person that the rp was boring, and then i ghost the person's rp. And then they will talk to me OOC and i will talk back with them because most of the time i have already forgotten about the rp. Then they mention the rp and i am like, "oh yeah!" And i will get back to doing it again. And most of the time i just end up ignoring them again.

And then sometimes, its just a matter of too many people on that topic at once and i need a quick break. Those ones i come bck after a few days, and i always apologize profusely.

Its like when i'm reading a book, if there isnt something going on in the begining that interests me, then i will just set it down before im even 25% done with it.

And i always feel really bad because i just hope that at somepoint the other person forgets about it too? I dont wanna just straight up tell someone the rp was boring and i want to end it. Because then sometimes they will ask questions and ask if it as them and then it makes me panic even more. ;-;
I can totally relate here! While I don't Ghost folk mid-roleplay, it happens to me often and I completely understand. Even with an engaging scene, RL always needs to remain the priority. It's hard for people to pick up scenes again after any break. But! If I find myself in a scene that isn't engaging enough, or perhaps the player isn't a great fit for the roleplay itself, I politely tell them that I need a break, and apologise. That way it could always be continued in the future. :)

I can relate too! I straight up tell my RP partner that it was boring, though, but I try not to seem like I'm blaming them entirely. It's always good to talk about WHY it was boring, and fix it~
I have a tendency to ghost(Assuming I have a proper udnerstanding of the term) when I've got too many rp's going on or if I don't have any idea what to respond with. I'll see a post and tell myself 'I can respond to it later' and keep putting it off over and over and over again.
