Hello everyone!
Happy Valentine's Day
Today, I felt the urge to challenge myself a bit.
I know people usually offer free art to improve their skills.
I do not draw, but I do write descriptions sometimes as commissions.
Be them the Furcadia paragraph or five paragraphs of in depth detail.
I've been in something of a creative block for my own characters,
so, I want to get some practice with other people's characters.
These would just be a paragraph long thing, as those are more
challenging, trying to get the fine details down to a short passage.
Now, this just doesn't include physical details, but attitude, their
essence.
Some of my examples can be found on my DeviantArt.
So! I welcome you to comment as the character you would like to have me
write about, to see how I would describe them. Just trying to get out of my
funk and hopefully get some things going in my brain again.
Feel free to turn the tables and do the same of my characters!
I think this will be a fun writing prompt for any to enjoy and challenge themselves!

Seasoned youth exudes the sort of compassion one would find in a man of his faith. Dedicated and kind, here was a Samuel. Blue eyes showed his helpful nature, ready to assist those who may be in need of it. He was a casual sort, but nothing was casual about his pursuit in life. Most would see an average fellow, but that may have just been his appearance. The fact that he was only a human, but certainly doesn't divert him from his path. Join him in the choir at church and heed his reflections upon the Good Book.

A little more than what meets the eye with this one, androgynous figure and style, but that wasn’t the catch. Gator teeth behind human smile, slitted pupils behind azure pools. A little tall but even more skinny, built like a knife. Covered in a variety of ink and scar tissue, she didn’t seem like one to get in the way of, but the punk didn’t seem all too mean either. She was taking grunge to a whole other level, not just with style, but could certainly use a spot of perfume or deodorant.

Wolfish demeanor with an even darker stare, smile was wrought with sharp teeth that could make one meet their despair. The only thing fouler might be his attitude, lewd, suggestive, vulgar, and crude, just a few words to describe this doggish man. Smelling of whiskey but never quite drunk, his immortality leaving him without that decadent buzz. Flesh and blood sought after in lust, never quite satiating his thirst. The only thing delicate was the flower on his back, but touch one of this petals and you might have a finger or two missing in that foolish chance. Dark and menacing permeated his aura, will you be brave enough to weather his storm?
This one was a bit easier since I've had IC contact with him LOL

A woman who cloaked herself in proverbial shadow and danced with the demons in the pale moonlight. She was many things, but her good qualities were evened by her bad. A witch, magic clinging to her person like a second skin, but if one were keen enough, they could sense the sinister air about it. A lust for power and her quick anger made her a dangerous woman, but if one took a sip of special #9, perhaps they could look past her inner devices to just her beauty and fall in love with the idea of a woman who could manipulate and construe things just how she wanted it. Wary one must be, in hopes they don’t fall too deep into the widow’s web, just to be devoured by her.
If you have the time to try a character that's yet to be entirely fleshed out (physical traits / behaviors are listed), this guy is currently a heavy WIP and could use a description!

Imposingly tall and masculine figure cannot be ignored, with the bright mesh of orange red and spotting, with hints of stripes in that fur. Over confident demeanor was met with an cocky smirk and glint in his eyes, probably asserting himself into a situation merely because he thought he belonged there. Azure gaze not at all dimmed by arrogance and might be how he reels the ladies in. Handsome and with a jawline for days, he was a fine specimen of leopard and tiger if any had seen one.

Dark hair and spiced flavored skin completed the long, dark, and handsome look. Tall was an understatement for one of his kind. He was a slender sort, more lithe and narrow than he was broad. A Dane of a dominance. Voice was dipped in bourbon, rich with depth, clipped with a warning to those under his feet. Chocolate fur with honey silver locks, a dog of finery and good taste. Hazel stare demanded respect and attention, commanding presence in that gaze alone. Not that he wasn’t unkind, but he was certainly a man who knew what he wanted. Muscled figure cloaked in suits and an aura that spilled confidence. His height helped in that imposing nature of his, aiding him in seeking the best of the stock.
