In Victorian Era London, the balance of light and dark is uneven. Three races fight for control, the angelic, the monsters, and humanity. A balance is kept by a long ago story of a woman stepping up to taking the first step of prevention of war, this woman's name is Marionette.
The Tower is a supernatural police force, the Tower's forces are a combination of all three races working in a miraculous harmony, and currently the Tower is hiring.
