Just remembered this particular aspect that I was a little perplexed by at first. I have a couple characters with accented names, the only one at the moment that has a profile being Noël. Though, I also noticed that when someone types in a name to get their profile started, the accent is not allowed.

So... this comes as a suggestion, but as an inquiry as to why that might not be allowed, or if that will or will not change in the future. It's just a little distracting sometimes to see your list of characters and remember, "oh, right, I couldn't add the accent." :p

Though, I suppose I can also see the issue with special characters, such as ☺☻♥ making their way into the character names and confusing a lot of things. Now that I think about it.

Still, though! I would love to have the ability to properly get my character's names so that they show up at a glance rather than having to click into their profile. o:

Allowing special characters such as periods and accent marks is definitely on my list of planned changes, though I have no set date for it at present.

A few of my characters have odd names though a few have special accented letters in them and i've had to edit this out/work around it...I must say it doesn't bother me much though admittedly i'd love to see this when it comes~!
