Taylorzilla

I joined RPR December 8th 2014. And when I joined I was just dipping my fingers in real RP and didn't really know what all the possibilities were and my creativity was not nearly as wild as it is now.. So I left, and gave up after a while to go do other things.

More recently (in the past year) RP has kind of been integrated into my lifestyle. I'm not too social, and I don't do well in group interactions. I'm often cooped up (by choice) in my own space, and RP has really helped me not become a total hermit at the age of 21. So, I'm trying again!

In my absence I've gotten a college degree! I now have a bachelor's in Digital Art and Design. I love to illustrate, and write, and play PC games (even though I'm no good at them). I also really love cats, they make my heart melt. I'm still working on getting some characters up, but ill RP just about anything.

I look forward to my second attempt ahaha

Welcome back Taylor! :) Congrats on your degree ^^

I have a question for you (I'm not sure if it's appropriate or not): When you were last here, things were most likely very different (people and layout wise). So how do you feel now? Does the site feel foreign to you, or does it feel like coming back home?

That's a very interesting question.. And I have mixed replies on it. For one, the site looks the same, and Kim is still here (of course ^^) so as far as familiarity goes, its exactly like stepping through the front door of a home you've lived in for years. Community wise.. In a way it almost seems quieter, and perhaps that's because I've not delved into the forums much since I've returned yet. But on the other side of that same coin, the community also feels more open to me. Do you feel the same? Different? How does it feel to you?
Hello and welcome back to RPR! I hope you make lots of friends and enjoy your time here!

Welcome back! And yes, I am still here. :D

The site has grown steadily busier from month to month, so I don't think it's really quieter. We have more people logging in every day than ever! :)

I expected you would be ^^

I do think I notice a growth in the community, I guess by quieter I just mean..I don't know, I wish I could draw this out! I see it in my head ahaha. But I'm very excited for RPR and its expanding community. It really does feel like a safe and comfortable place for role-players to come together. Everyone has done a great job running this place :)
