The weather is determined by the happenings on the ground below, ever changing with the sparse population of dimension/universe hopping beings that call this place home.

Rolling Plains, ??? BC/AD??
To the northeast there will be lightning storms and high winds from the northwest. To the north, lightning with a chance of pouring rain and very slight winds. It will likely be drastically hotter than it has been...for Lend was in distress. Dire, dire distress.
The dark cocoa-brown dogoo was pacing anxiously, wisps of his physical being swirling about him in agrivated circles. Thinking; he was thinking, but what could trouble the shapeshifter so?
He'd just returned from the bubbly universe of Game Central, having met a few zaney characters in his short time there -- that was still enough. He'd introduced himself, but...what did he know, out of the four people he actually met that in that instance, one was using him as a meat shield and the other was trying to get through said meat shield. Suddenly the thick dog form stood on its hind legs, pacing that way as his stance and treading slowly began appearing more humanoid, hair fluffing from his thick neck and atop his sloped, canine head as padded hands reached up to run through the fur. He chuffed twice. The clouds broiled.
Lend still had plenty to think about and mull over...and he had plenty of empty space to do it.
