...That sounds too enthusiastic, I'm actually dead inside. Anyway, I'm Griffin and have been RPing since November 2016, and though I haven't played ever DnD, I'm quite open to it.
I've mostly done Rp on Forums. I have an Overload of pets, my favorite subject in school is Physics. I am currently a student. I'm Australian.
There, the important stuff out of the way.... and then possibly a Nap. I am quite antisocial at times, though I am more responsive online than IRL. I do not like to be ignored, however, so I'm a wreck. Thus the nap.
Before I confuse or scare anyone, I'd like to say that I hope to meet new people on the site!

I haven't played D&D either, though it's been a long-term goal of mine to give it a try. Who knows, maybe 2017 will be the year I finally do. Similarly, I have a few pets myself. Not an overload though. A comfortable amount. Looks like we share naps in common too.
If you're looking to make friends and meet others, this is a great place for breaking into the site. The Smalltalk subforum is also a good option for making friends; everyone congregates there to chat and have a good time. There's also a livechat that you can find in the stickied thread titled "Just Talkin' : )," and boy do the people there know how to make you feel at home.

Sharklore, I had been trying to remember this anime I had watched a while ago, and you mentioning Deadman Walking helped with that. (Deadman wonderland, by the way). Hopefully 2017 is the year I play DnD too.
