I'm curious - how can I delete a comment I've posted onto a character's guestbook? I posted, accidentally, as myself as opposed to my character whom I play anonymously.

I forced Darth to be my guinea pig, and can confirm there's currently no way to delete our own guestbook comments we left on other people's guestbooks. I'm assuming that's what you did, but if you're talking about your own character's guestbook, you can edit the widget itself and click the X next to the comment!

If it's that you posted on someone else's character's guestbook, then I'll follow it up with this:

I'm unsure if Kim would be in favor of allowing us to delete/edit our comments on other people's guestbooks, but you have two options right now.

1. PM the person who the guestbook belongs to and ask them to delete the comment.
2. If it will jeopardize your anonymity badly, you can PM Kim with a link to the page and ask her if she can delete it for you asap.

I'm really sorry we can't do much else and that this happened, but please do double-check in the future which character you selected! It's no fun.

There is currently no way to delete comments on other people's guestbooks, even if they belong to you. I believe this was done to preserve the continuity of conversations that occurred there, but it's been a loooong time since I designed that system. Sanne is right that asking the person or me are your best options.
