I want to develop the main story line for a webcomic I want to create and I would like some tips on how to make an outline for the comic to follow.
I have started writing it in a narrative form (like a novel) but I'm wondering if it isn't the best way to go about it. I was wondering if anybody had any tips for this?

I just re-started mine recently (had 8 pages up in 2011 but I didn't like my art lol) and what I did is the following:
1. Do the main outline of events.
2. Divide each of the items in the out line to panel/s , scenes and script.
3. Sketch your panels and be mindful of where you put the speech balloons and captions. (I'd just do the balloons and captions first).
