Valentine sat at the large dining table for the knights and warriors of Ishvani. She yawned, still not really awake yet. She was waiting for her partner, Viktor.
She stared down at her plate that had egg and some ham on the side with some water. She looked at the seat beside her, awaiting for Viktor. She yawned again and another forty five minutes were gone anshe stood, storming to Viktor's room and then opening the wooden door, it slammed against the wall with the force she put to it and it woke him up.
"Viktor you were supposed to be up about half an hour ago!"
The white haired man groaned, staring at Valentine with a groggy expression.
"Go wait outside, Vrar." Viktor grumbled. "I'll be up in a moment."
"You said that last time, Vikky."
His eyes anapped open and he was out of bed and he stood in front of her, restraining from grabbing her throat and slamming her against the wall.
"I said to never call me Vikky." He snarled at her.
"I'll be waiting outside." she said, spinning and her braids hit him in the chest anhe growled at the now closed door.
"I hate it when she does that." he said to himself and then began to change.
Valentine silently waited outaide as she knew he was going to kill her because she called him Vikky. But she never found out why he hated that name.
Valentine just waited until the door swun open, a grumpy Viktor coming out of his room as he slammed the door.
He was grumbling things while fixing his sword. She watched him carefully, looking away every moment.
He was going to be grumpy the whole day. Valentine knew it. Viktor hated being called Vikky and it made him mad.
Anytyhing you said to him after that, was a threat or insult. Valentine only valled him Vikky to get his ass into gear. And she didnt like calling him Vikky. It puts him ina bad mood anshe doesn't like it when he's in a bad mood.
"The king requested for us this morning." she saidhanding him a letter as she sat down at the table, eating her food hastily. "We must eat quickly. We don't have much time left."
Viktor was silent as he read the letter and then he set it down eating his plate full of hot food.
He was going to give her the silent treatment until she would apologize, and she knew his outine because she lived with him for so long.
The white haired man gobbled up his breakfast and then he chugged his water
Whenbthey finished their breakfast they stood, running toward to royal quarters. She of course said nothing, because she didn't really want to apologize to him so she just stayed silent.
When they reached the king's geadquarters Valentine opwned her mouth to apologize, but the doors opened and she stiid straight and entered the quarters wupith Viktor and bowed before King Asimat.
"Your Majesty." the two warriors said in unision and looked up at the ruler.
"Ah, Viktor, Valentine. I have something to talk about with you too." Asimat said, his eyes burrowung into the both of them.
