I noticed there is really only 1 option for dnd stats, why cant there be more options for charts and things?

There are hundreds and thousands of games out there, all with their own stats. That's why we have the flexible stats widget, which will let you accommodate any type of chart or statistics you need to add to a character, regardless of what game they come from.

The DnD widget is mostly just there for nostalgia. Very few of our players use these profiles for DnD specific characters.
