This is Ragnar, my D&D character of many years. He looks different now--his eyes were melted out of his skull when a red dragon critted him with her fire breath and he was given runestone eyes made by his brother-in-law, Dain. Ragnar is also now an angel, but he can choose to look normal, so that's fine.

His face is based off a vidja game character and no one has guessed which one yet.
...you guys make me wanna make a dwarf. :3
Desi (played by f0x1nth3b0x)

I have Desi... but he's not totally rounded out xD He's the first dwarf I've ever made.
I don't have a dwarf, but if you guys do or you just like them, this might be interesting to you :3

Insanely complicated game. If you decide to play it, you WILL need to watch a youtube playthrough. I recommend the guide by the youtube user 51ppycup. However this game has produced so many awesome stories and quite a few fun hours for me.

Cyan is that you? :o

Sadly I don't have any dorfs. I have a dorf-human mutt though! So he is half cool.
I have a lovely lady dorf somewhere... I never really developed her character but if I can remember what she looks like I will throw a piccy up here.

And yes she you can expect a beardy beard, as is only right and just. I never showed her old sketches off cause it was prehobbit when I had my ranty pet peeve about no one understanding how awesome lady dwarves with beards were.

Ibbly- YES PLEASE DO POST YOUR LAYDEE! <3<3 And yes, I used to get pissed about people being all 'omg laydee dorf with beard?!' Dekra is actually a remake of a WoW character of mine who always had a beard. I made this comic for her due to people's WTF-ness (and the lack of laydee beards on WoW):

Heimdoo: YESSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS also, it's less of a character and more of a dwarvish freddie mercury with a beard that he reminds me of.
I have a Tessah. :> She is a highland/hill dwarf! I haven't used her at all lately.

Once upon a time someone on the Bay12 forums popped up talking about how he really enjoys reading about the game, but unfortunately, due to being blind simply couldn't. I hooked up with him after he posted, and got on teamspeak or something like that, worked on a fortress collaboratively, where I just sort of described what was going on, and he made design suggestions.

This lead to something fantastic happening, when a dwarf got into a Fey Mood and grabbed a bunch of random materials to construct an artifact. The result was an Amethyst floodgate (read:entirely useless), which we immediately plopped it down in the middle of the dining hall to increase happiness. We found that this backfired later, when we decided to examine the dwarfs more closely, to see how it effected them. Almost everyone was in a good mood, except two. Both had recently looked at the artifact, but one found it amazing and the other detested it and found it tacky. Apparently, while idling in the hall, they got into an argument and formed a permanent grudge against each other over an argument over the aesthetic qualities of a gemstone floodgate.

Further examination of their personality traits revealed that their philosophical differences in art appreciation were extremely wide.

In conclusion, the amount of detail in this game is absurd.
