    The purpose of the Balmung-server Republic of Ishgard <<Vault>> Free Company is to create a space and avenue to allow the rich political and philosophical work of Ishgardian RP to reach beyond Coerthas and interact with broader social circles, and in turn to allow people looking to carry the spirit and story of Ishgard forward as the story continues to build a global narrative.

    To that end, we've been amassing gil and resources to open a consulate in Shirogane and hope to recruit like-minded people, both of Ishgardian descent and those interested in diplomacy and cultural exchange. We have a built-in application here, or for those who prefer it, a Google Forms application. We also invite you to follow us on Tumblr.

    Recruitment and some Special Thanks

    As borne out by the fact that we have a website and application now, I think it's safe to say a recruitment drive can begin in earnest! A special thanks to those who have been contributing time and gil to the project as well, especially Kat, Cerise and the rest of Rex's maps crew. We can now afford a Small in Shirogane, but our eyes are set on Plot 8 - that twenty mil Medium with a private beach. Let's cross some fingers and swing for the fences and see what magic we can make happen, both in swelling the ranks and swelling the coffers!

    Embassy Plans featured in Crystal Chronicle

    We kicked off the serious effort to get attention and toll out the embassy plan in the Crystal Chronicle to an amazing article. We've even inspired a group from Sharlayan to consider a similar idea, so let's keep up the good work and not disappoint!
