  • What are the benefits of going Epic?

    Support the RP Repository by becoming an epic member, and get all these great perks:

    • Characters belonging to epic members have NO ADS on their profiles
    • Epic members don't see ads anywhere else on the site, either!
    • Create custom character templates to use and share
    • Get an extra 10 character slots
    • Upload 30 extra gallery images per character

    Your purchases help to keep the Repository open, growing, and free for basic members.

  • How do I use my Epic Membership to get a custom template?

    To use a custom template: If you have an Epic Account, simply look for templates labelled "User Created Template" in the template library, and pick "Use for this character" just as you would any official template.

    To create a custom template: From the template selection page, pick "Create A New Template" from sidebar on the right. All templates are made through the use of CSS. More detailed information about designing templates can be found on the Custom Template Q&A

  • What happens to my extra characters when my epic status expires?

    If you have more characters than your account type allows at any point, don't worry! They will not be deleted, and none of your hard work will be lost. We'll keep the extra characters up for reference, but you won't be able to edit them until you upgrade your account or reduce the number of characters you have to be equal to or less than what is allowed by your account type.

    If you want to make certain you have enough character slots that never expire, you can purchase permanent character slots seperately.

  • What happens to my custom character templates when my epic status expires?

    Although you won't be able to use your custom templates without an epic membership, all your hard work won't be lost. Your templates are saved, and will become available for you to use again as soon as you renew your epic account. If you have shared templates, they will remain available for other epic members to use.

  • What is your refund policy?

    There will be no refunds for purchased items unless the item was defective or the purchase was made fraudulently.

    If you do not receive a purchased item, you must notify us so that we can attempt to resolve the issue and get your purchased item or upgrade to you as quickly as possible.

    No guarantees are made as to the uptime of the site and no refunds will be given based on temporary server downtime. However, if the site is generally inaccessible for more than three hours, all those with expiring upgrades to their account will receive an appropriate extension of their upgrades to compensate for the inconvenience.
