  Derrik is an extremely happy guy, he likes to be as friendly and polite as possible. He's fairly naive but not dense. He admitedly does have a temper but he's gotten quite good at hiding it, as has he got good as hiding when he's sad. Overall he's pretty happy and positive however there are times when things about his past get to him (His illness and Vincent mainly). He's extremely clumbsy (hense all his scars) and isn't exactly the most graceful of characters. While he is in touch with his femmine side, he only really shows that when he's scared (giving off high pitched screams and squeels)
