Rarely smiles or frowns, mostly comes out as a very dull and cold person. Doesn't really show much on the outside. Neutral most of the time and keeps a rather straight face
Body structure:
He's rather sturdy and durable, having been 'forced' to work with the military at the age of 9
Dark reddish-brown hair, hazel eyes (brown on the outside and green on the inside). 193cm, muscles make it so that he is a bit heavier than avarage. 'Even' muscular (a bit more on the chest area but the other areas are relatively same sized (no skipping leg or hand days)). Not overly muscular, but you know that there is something (he still 'looks nice', no body builder built).
tall = slightly weaker body parts. Nothing really note worthy though as he keeps himself in good shape. the neck is The Spot though, so he usually wears a scarf or such

Fur: Thick fur coat. Keeps him warm in the most cold of weathers. The layer of fur is thickest around his neck and torso. The fur might get tangled at times, but it's easy to smoothen it out by doing some simple grooming.

Brief history:
Mother a Soviet medic and father a Serbian soldier, he has been surrounded by military for a long time, ever since he was just a toddler pretty much. He was a rather normal kid. His life started going downhill when his father was dragged to war at the Balkan. His mother tried to keep his Serbian side as big of a 'secret' as she could, but he was eventually found out about. Lucky enough, they did give the boy some training before transfering him to the battle field.
He spent most of the war carrying weapons and other supplies, not being fully capable on withstanding the recoil of the bigger guns. He did get a few kills, but such is not really what a kid should go through.
His father went to jail for his son, feeling bad that he had even dragged the boy there in the first Place. The boy was transfered back to Russia, he could return to school to learn and study, but the visits to the army camp would become a regular common thing to him.
The boy was not the same after the war. Even to this day he doesn't really talk with others, not all that willingly at least. To him it is not nessessary to make 'friends', all that they'll do is die after all.
He isn't fully 'working' on his own though. He at times needs some sort of 'guidance' or rather he needs orders. He won't take orders from anyone though; only those he seems worthy and is higher rank than he is.

Extra: His parents decided to give him a middle name of a girl after it was confirmed that his mother had become unfertile after his birth
He's from some sort of AU (alternate universe) version of Rostov-on-Don
Sergei is right-handed
He is quite fond of tea, but prefers to go with only few flavors, Russian earl grey with a pinch of sugar and a teaspoonful if honey being his favorite. -

Alternate Universe
This is here for the Pokemon RPs I'm going to use him in
He works for Team Galactic, although he doesn't wear their ordinary clothes (usually at least). Most of the time he works 'undercover' and wears his regular clothes. He isn't a big fan of the common unifroms or even the ones that the higher placing ones wear, nor his that is on the middle ground. If he has to wear it he will mostly still wear his coat on top of it
Team Galactic has granted him quite a few technological devices, one of them being headphones that let him understand what the pokemon are saying. This makes communicating and operating with them easier
Commonly Toffi tags along with him, for one reason or another

Disliked among the other team members is Tryuk. She rarely takes things seriously, goofs around and plays by her own rules and orders. Getting on everone's nerves is a normal day routine to her and she doesn't mind if they glare at her. Sometime she might get a bit feely over it though, snarling at them that they are always too serious and then proceeding to sulk alone somewhere
Sergei caught her when she was posing as a flying type. He only needed one for scouting means, so he didn't really feel like wasting a whole lot on the pokemon. Basicly he ordered Molnija to zap the pokemon and took the pokeballs he had, choocing the one he was going to sell later on anyway and caught the pokemon
He wasn't all that found of the illusion pokemon at first, and still isn't. Tryuk's role is usually a sneaky one. She's sent to spy on the enemies or cause havoc in the midst of them. She seems to do the later better, although she is capable of being more serious - temporarily - while sneaking and spying

Magiya is a gift pokemon Sergei got from his friend Dmitri as an Eevee. It isn't really well known how the Espeon evolved exactly; some say that it was somehow all planned By Sergei, even if her name used to just be Prism. She only got her current name after evolution. The other team members tend to call her Maggie
As an Eevee she used to be more clingy and hung around Sergei a lot more. After evolution she has calmed down a lot and thinks her thoughts true before acting
Magiya's psychic powers come to great use when lifting different objects and at times other people and pokemon too. She can also hold them still if preventing their movement is required. The psychic powers also enhance her sences, so she usually has the fastest reactions to the other team members
Magiya is the Russian word for 'magic'
