    Born from the cheers of 50,000 strong, Iieforæ is a victory spirit for those who killed a half million fighters in the Roman Colosseum for the sake of the crowd's entertainment. Nike, the Greek personification of victory, presided over battle fields. Iieforæ was a victory spirit that licked blood off the floor of the gladiator's stage. Although he may have had wings at one point like his brethren, because the only victories he saw were within the walls of the colosseum, Iieforæ had no reason to leave and thus had them removed, symbolizing how the fighters were often slaves and only left the stadium if they perished. The horn on his head shames his status as a spirit, making him less than human as the celebration of death is far from civilized.
    Seen usually in his robes, he is an insult to the high society that funded the circus through which he was born, wearing their colors and status garments while not caring if they grow tattered and stained with dirt, blood, or wine.
