  They are a shadow. About the size of an average young adult, and partially transparent, they gaze at you with white lights. Hair grown enough to be long, but still short, and also made of shadow. They're only definitive garment is a cloak, shadow. You can barely distinguish any facial features aside from the eyes, or any notable physical features aside from their humanoid shape and exhausted stature.
