{1} is basically paralyzed.
{5} is peak human. They can do gymnastics.
{1o} is zero-fatigue, infinite movement, perfect agility and poise. Untouchable. A speedster. Think: The Flash.

{1} is like an Ant. Barely able to move a feather.
{5} is peak human. Able to bench press 7oo pounds.
{6} is superhuman. The strength of an elephant.
{7} is the strength of a dragon.

One's ability to heal others, not just themself.
There's many different ways of healing many different types of physical ailments. All of which put stress on the Healer's body.

{1} is basically encouraging words. Verbal placebos.
{5} is a skilled physician. This is the peak of Earth's healing capabilities. Splints and surgery and medication. Using all natural/physical mediums to mend wounds. Allowing bodies to heal themselves. Healing of this tier is considered primitive.
{6} is healing through Ethereal or 3-Tech means. Stress on the healer's body is typically very high at this tier. Very costly. The healer is essentially using their body as a medium to heal the ailments of someone else. Taking their suffering within themselves in some manner. As such, the healing is typically limited to what the healer can mend/withstand in their own body.
{7} uses Ether or the 3-Techs to heal in a way that does not use their own body as a vector. Healing tends to be incomplete in some way.

This includes using drones.
How many drones can they use?
How complex is the machinery?
How long can they pilot units before experiencing overload?

{1} is complete inability. Either they have no augments installed, or just simply can't handle the mental-split.
{3} is a person capable of remotely a single tech body. Possessing the knowledge to captain a cruise ship all on their own.
{5} is capable of operating upwards of 3o common service-droid units at any given time. Or navigate a spaceship alone. But not at the same time, and their physical body is immobilized during the piloting.
{6} is the same as 5, except they're able to pilot the drones, spaceship and control their physical body at the same time. It's a big jump.
{1o} is basically a hivemind of tech. An armada of starships. Armies-wroth of drones. Population equivalent to several worlds. An entire society with a single mind.

One's ability to keep themselves or desired targets undetectable or imperceivable.
This can be done either through Ether or Tech.
However, the 3-Techs tend to have a higher ceiling. Considered more useful in that it can cover entire ships.

{3} is able to mask an entire ship. Requires constant focus to maintain.
{4} is able to mask a target by giving it a different signature. No visual changes, the illusion only holds up at a distance. Essentially hiding by putting on a costume. It is possible to track and ID the truth of the target through this mask.
{6} can cloak a target passively. Set and forget. The body of the one performing the cloak still needs to be tethered at the location.
{7} is able to spoof the target's location. Mask their ID. Visually alter the target's appearance. But the cloaking is static, unchanging.
{8} no longer needs to remain tethered at the target's location. Cloak repairs itself when damaged at this tier.
{9} cloak constantly shifts and morphs, changing and scrambling it's signature.
{1o} is able to shift the physical makeup of the target, making the target intangible or shifting the shape/appearance directly. Target is no longer perceivable by non-ethereal or 3-tech means.

When an enemy attempts to hack through a firewall, how much damage do they incur as a result?
Firewalls of sufficient strength can activate automatically on behalf of the user.
How much overload can a Firewall handle before burning out?
How resistant to hacking is the Firewall? How many gaps are there?

{3} Requires full focused attention at all times to maintain the firewall. User experiences overload quickly. Short duration of uptime. Easily hacked.
{5} Still requires intent and focus to be active. It's not automatic. User doesn't overload easily, though. Purely defensive. Requires advanced hacking (score of 6) to breach.
{1o} Is always on, and always passively reactive. Automatic. The damage done to attackers is severe, either partially or entirely damaging an attacker's ability to use Tech. Burn can spread through networks, [The Warp], and across any piloted drones. Nullifies weaker Firewalls entirely, granting Immunity to the User.

The ability to detect the emotions and intents of others.
A skilled human is rank {3}. Able to read micro-gestures, and hear inflections in people's speech.

{1} is unable to feel emotion at all.
{2} at least possesses the capacity to feel emotion themself. But they struggle greatly to understand the feelings of others.
{3} is a skilled human. A "mentalist". Someone who might work in the CIA.
Able to read micro-gestures, and hear inflections in people's speech.
Most humans can grasp and understand the feelings of others in a disconnected way.
{5} is the ability to detect emotions and intents as an additional sense. Like sight or touch.
The empath will be subject to harmful emotions, having no way to guard against the stimuli. Unable to turn the ability on/off.
{6} is the same as 5, except they're able to filter the stimuli. They are also able to derive energy from feeding off of emotions.
{1o} is the ability to directly control the emotions and intents of others. Mind control. Creating thralls. Assimilation is possible.

One's ability to handle multiple complex tasks at a single time. Tasks of different skill/nature.
Achieving higher ranks of this skill can increase the ranks of other not-directly-related skills.

{1o} Is able to divide attention among many complex tasks at a time. Able to staff an entire crew's worth of jobs all at the same time. Control is direct and manual, not simply issued-orders.

This is one's ability to navigate through [The Warp]. (The internet of the Divine Realm)
{Ether Tech} users are best at this. Able to enter The Warp in a way that feels like physical reality.
However, people without augmentation can still access The Warp using devices or {Singularity Tech}

{3} is able to traverse within [The Warp] virtual space directly through the use of {Ether Tech}. The process is much like advanced daydreaming. Users at this rank typically cannot focus on their physical body while traversing [The Warp].
{5} is able to navigate through [The Warp] while still controlling their physical body. Able to split their virtual mind across several locations within [The Warp] at once.
{7} is able to move their physical body (and the bodies of others) in some way, from one device to another, via [The Warp]. Users at this rank are at risk at becoming lost/adrift within [The Warp].
[1o] is the ability to bring virtual constructs from [The Warp] into reality, or digitize physical matter to gain immortality within [The Warp].
