  Part One: Imythess
  
  Chapter One: In Taras
  Aether Draka found herself on a strange beach in a strange land. She hears tale of a city further south from a fisherman and decides that Taras would be a good place to start over. She met with a man called Sujin who she soon discovered, shared her dislike for guards. He aided her on entering the huge city. After entering Taras without catching the unwelcome eye of the city guards, AD discovered an intriguing building. She went inside to discover it was a library, rich in all sorts of knowledge. It was there that she discovered what land she was in and that she first started to suspect that she was in fact in a different word then the one she had been born to.
  
  With the little problem of figuring out where she was out of the way, she took to the streets of Taras to explore. She was greeted by a pale moon elf named Seele and saw Sujin one more. Unforunitly some guards got in the way and had to be dealt with. Sujin didn't stay near, in fear of drawing more guards no doubt. Seele wanted to talk with her though. She followed him to a tavern in the city. He spoke of something that she had not yet come to terms with herself. She took the words to heart though, knowing that for the most part his words were very true and if she was not careful in this new land, she could end up in a very bad situation.
  
  
  She left Seele ad the tavern with worry hanging about her like a cloak. She felt a tug then, a whisper with a promise as fragile as a bubble. She fell silent and still. Shadows? She followed the feeling into a building where she had a short meeting with a man who was more then a man. AD met the God of Nature himself and it was he who set her on a new path.
  
  
  Chapter Two: The Wilds
  She left that place after a bit of time, night in full swing. She found herself in the quiet streets alone. Rounding a bend, she spotted a large wined form. The wings intrigued her and curiosity drew her forward. The being was a demons, but he didn't seem like other demons. They spoke of their own histories, back and forth for a good amount of time before some foolish commoner looked outside and saw a demon in the street. As those who don't know any better, those blinded by both ignorance and fear, will do, they came out to chase her good friend Lynthaer away.
  
  She was willing to fight them off, but Lynthaer took another action. He picked her up and flew off, no doubt causing those fools to believe that a demon had just kidnapped someone from the streets of Taras.
  
  AD became enthralled in the flight. She hadn't flown in years, during her entire time with Alexander... now she felt free again, and the power of Lynthaer's wing beats reminded her of when she had first ever felt safe. Now she felt safe once more... The trip away from the city took them to a lake. The lake that became a grave for Lynthaer... her first real loss...
  
  AD wandered off then, and stumbled upon the home of the Goddess of Darkness, Ranewen. She was quick to leave when she discovered the place was not abandoned. She then found herself in a graveyard where she met her first vampire. He was a friendly man, determined not to fall into the disgrace of feasting on his fellow man. It was his fault that her view on vampires was forever mistaken.
  
  
  Chapter Three: Light and Dark
  Then came the fateful day that she first crossed paths with Gregory Faust. The Half-Celestial seemed kind enough at first, willing to help her should she need it. What that help would cost her never came to mind, tough she promised to keep him in mind if she needed any help. Later that same day, she met another Half-Celestial and was feeling rather proud of herself in regards to how the meeting went. Perhaps her time in the Abyss hadn't changed her that much.
  
  Then she heard the most fascinating story. Apparently Centaurs are born from the souls of warriors who died on horseback. Also, the village of Kellen had many horsemen! If she planned everything out well, she could cause Centaurs to be born in Imytess! Thrilled about the idea, she set out to the village. Even if it was going to take her days to get there, this was worth finding out! She was taking a short break by a stream when a voice drifted over her. She felt her heart skip a beat, could it be? Turning, she saw that it was not her friend Lynthaer back from the dead, but some moon elf in a mask who she knew was not Seele either. Disappointed, asked the stranger what he wanted. He removed the mask and shifted his form and AD was thrilled! It hadn't been some cruel joke, this was Lynthaer, back from the dead even! She excitedly told him about what she was doing and asked if he wished to come with her. He agreed and flew her to Kellen where they got many men on horseback to leave the city and charge at them only to strike both warrior and mount down. They kept at it for the rest of the night, but were forced to abandon the further deaths due to the sunrise. They fled back to the shade of the forest.
