• Description

  A tall, thin silvery wolf, adorned with choppy turquoise hair and a set of cyan eyes to match. His muzzle protruded from between them, lengthier and bonier than most with the beginning stubble of manhood peeping out through. He is adorned in a thick, brown, long, hooded cloak that lets him hide even his long muzzle under the shadow of the curved hood, as well as a multitude of piercings. Where one might where a common set of earrings his ears were stretched to 22mm diameter, followed up the ear by 3 smaller studs. Atop his left ear were four rings that lined the outter edge of the top, inside the edges, on the flat were three more small studs in the shape of an inverted triangle. On his right ear were two scaffolding bars toward the top of the ear. Aside from just his ears, he had his face pierced in a few places. Two eyebrow bars on the left side. The bridge of his muzzle was pierced, and his septum was stretched to 10 mm. Underneath he wore tight black trousers and a simple blue blouse. He wore no footware, prefering to go bare paw against the ground. Around his calves were holsters, each boasting a thick hammer, looking to be made for combat purposes. On his back he wore a thick pack, filled to the brim with his notebooks, long texts, and the materials he used for repairing.

• Biography

  Abandoned by his father at the age of 8 on the front steps of a monk's monestary. His father wanted him to grow up with a trade rather than be poor his entire life, and the monks could teach him reading and writing. The monks accepted Alter into their care with some displeasure, seeing as he did not wish to persue a life of religeon. The monks kept him reading, writing, copying and restoring books and scrolls, all forms of texts for his whole twelve year stay stay with them.
  
  At the age of sixteen, when he was no longer under constant supervision, Alter delved into the more off limits sections of the libraries, researching the one thing he found remotely interesting: Magical Artifacts. Lore texts told him of enchanted urns and helms that poor the sight of dragons, all hidden away or lost in time. From here he would beg the monks to let him begin making money for his travels by repairing the books of others. Though they were unhappy that his desires (as they appeared to the monks) were for monetary value they were reluctant but ultimately had grown to care for the boy and accept his choices.
  
  Alter would spend months and months away from the monestary, always returning with a sack of coins, or a new book for the library, but once in a while he would strap his pack shut, hoping the monks would not see that he had been acquiring tools for another profession that the monks were blind to: Artifact hunting.
  
  At the spry age of twenty Alter left the monestary with quite a few choice items in his pack, along with note books and a scroll that he had found behind a stone in one of the walls. It was labeled: "The Hunter's Almanac" With it he has spent the last three years of his life chasing the trails of artifacts through towns and forests, successfully managing to aquire two small objects, though he would never bring himself to tell a soul what he had found.
