• Physical Abilities

  Fencing
  Valek has a keen ability to fence, though he usually only does it for sport and competition, and rarely will use it for battle techniques, as it isn't as fitting for his Rapier except in the concept of thrust, and parry.
  
  Medieval Styles
  Valek has learned various Medieval Styles, that allow him to pick up other swords in battle and utilize them in proficient manners in attempts of survival. While he prefers his Rapier, he can deal with other blades as well.
  
  Mystic Style
  A style that involves invoking many different types of magic to surround or be used by his blade to take advantage of a two fold attack.
  
  Weaponry
  Rapier: His preferred weapon of choice, because of it's swift movements, small blade, and incredible piercing power even when faced with incredibly durable armors. It is because of this that he prefers this blade, and one could say it is his most proficient weaponry choice.
  
  Halberd: He has been known to use a Halberd on occasion to sport off his many fighting styles, and while he owns one, it is rare to see him carrying it unless it is for competition or major battle where it can be utilized to thin the herd before drawing his rapier.

• Magical Abilities

  Elemental Absorbing
  There are four elements, listed below, that when fired at Valek, and he is able to see them, that he is able to absorb without receiving damage. The elemental magics are broken up, and restore mana within his body, allowing for him to replenish his energies. If the four are not listed they can be used without him being able to absorb them. He must be able to see them to activate the absorbing. If you fire at his back, or at his side while his head is turned he will be unable to, and it will hit him full force.

  Elemental Magic
  
  Ice
  Ice Field: A field of frozen ice to make it difficult for any non-ice user to move around on. Freezing the ground beneath all within a one hundred yard radius.
  Ice Spikes: Spikes of Ice, from either the ground, or his hands or body, used defensively or offensively.
  Ice Pulse: A pulse of freezing cold air that surrounds a one hundred yard radius. Ice Spells within that area now cost -2 preps.
  Frozen Blood: Touching a bleeding part of an opponents body, while spell is activated with the part the spell has been implemented on, which must be stated, whether blade, hand, food, etc, etc. It will begin to cause crystallizing of the blood in the body, the longer contact is made, the further it will go. Can be fatal.
  Frozen Flesh: Same technique as above, but applied to clothing or skin, which causes freezing, or frostbite. Damage is determined by length of contact. This spell has been fine tuned to be able to even cause Dragon Scales to fall off.
  
  Fire
  Fire Ball: A simple Fire Ball fired from the hand or mouth, it increases in strength, size, and power the longer it is prepped.
  Fire Pulse: A pulse of heat that surrounds a one hundred yard radius, and gives -2 preps to all Fire Magic.
  Burning Ground: Raises the temperature on the ground to levels high enough to melt boots, and burn skin. Everyone without resistance to fire magic may be effected. Goes across one hundred yard radius.
  
  Dark
  Dark Wave: A wave of Dark Energy that heavily effects creatures of Light Influence or Holy Influence. It may cause burning, strong pain, damage to tissue, loss of limb, and death.
  Dark Pulse: A pulse of Dark Energy that moves out a one hundred yard radius. -2 Preps to all Dark Magic.
  Demonic Familiar: Summons a Demon Familiar in order to fight alongside you.
  Demonic Submission: Forms a magical energy upon the hand or blade that causes Dark Damage to Light/Holy beings, and causes Demonic Entities to potentially submit, or back off in fear.
  
  Shadow
  Shadow Hop: The ability to move between shadows in order to escape battle or attempt to assassinate
  Shadow Ball: A ball of Shadow Energy, that is stronger the darker the environment is.
  Shadow Pulse: A pulse that darkens the a one hundred yard radius to darkness with barely enough light to see in front of you. -2 Preps to Shadow Magic. +10 Power to Shadow Attacks.
  Shadow Dagger: By summoning energy on a part of the body with the spell, you can touch a shadow, and imbue it with the ability to stab at the target. For instance touching the shadow of someone with this spell activated will make their own shadow attack and stab them with a shadow blade.
  
  Other Magic
  
  Impervious Spell: A very unique spell that makes the user unable to be harmed or damaged, but at the same time makes it to where they can't harm or damage either. They are unable to use magic, or physical items in this state, and while they can perfectly be seen, it will be similar to walking through a Hologram or Ghost. Activating this spell can be done in one post, but deactivation requires a No-Action Post after you deactivate it. For example, once deactivated, you basically lose a turn, unable to anything magical or physical besides maybe dodge or block with your own arms.
  Heal Over Time: Natural healing ability that heals wounds over time. Since he doesn't bleed, he won't bleed to death, meaning he just has to wait for the healing to be complete for him to gain full function again.
  Magic Canceling: Different from Nullification. All he does is conjure up energy equivalent to the magical energy you are using to cause a overload explosion. The result is usually both opponents being thrown back by the power of the natural energies that go to work with the canceling. Prep lengths must match for this to work.

• Curse Abilities

  *Curse abilities are not effected by Nullifying Magic itself, and can only be broken down by Magic that specifically destroys the link between Mage and Curse.
  
  

  Linking Curse: His most dangerous ability, and the thing that leaves him feared. The tattoo on his chest is a curse mark. Upon being activated it spreads an energy signature across his body. This is where his Physical Resistance truly comes into play. You become privy to the three step curse. The first time you touch him, your physical attacks will no longer be able to work. Passing through him, and unable to harm him at all. The second time you attack him, and yes, even passing through his body because of the first step will count as a touch to this curse, your magic attacks will then fail to be able to hit him. The third, completes the link, once linked by the curse all damage done to him, whether by Physical or Magical by YOU, it has to be you, it can't be someone else unless he uses the other curse explained below. Will be reflected upon you. If you hit the Link for example, and you stab him through the chest, the wound will appear right where you put it on yourself. You have to have a good strategy to deal with this. It is far from unbeatable though. Surprise Attacks are a weakness, also using magic before you've physically struck him will not activate the curse. The first stage of the curse CAN only be activated by a physical attack. In fact, all three hits to complete the link, must be physical. Either by you touching him, or him touching you. Even if you've been touched or have touched him twice, you are still not fully linked, and can escape from the battle at that point. It takes one IRL day for every touch to fade off of you. So if you got hit twice, and run from battle you have two IRL days for the Link Magic to fade off you naturally.
  
  Curse Reroute Linking: By touching someone else with using this curse, he can make all damage they do to his body be transferred to someone under the Linking Curse, instead of himself, until that person is either dead, or unlinked.
  
  Decay Curse: A curse ability that can only be attached to one part of his body at a time. Whether one hand, one foot, etc, etc. When that part of the body hits you, it will sap some of your nutrients from your body in the form of visible energy. Five hits Halves your strength/speed. Ten hits incapacitates. Twelves hits is fatal.
