Calculating and complex. Amon is a character who maintains many steps before his opponents, anticipating actions before they are put into motion. Though appearing calm and collect, he is not a man without emotion, actively displaying his contempt for those in power, particularly elemental benders with power over non-benders that he deemed 'oppressive.' His yearning to right this wrong was the catalyst to tapping into the public conscious of the underprivileged, seducing them with an orator's tongue and serpent's mind into joining his cause. His manipulations orchestrated many to grow devoutly loyal, but the slightest bit of disobedience or betrayal was guaranteed to be stamped out. Though fearless, he does display appropriate caution in the face of conflict, cognizant of the chance of his subterfuge being undermined and his hypocrisy being displayed.

Utilizing martial prowess with the aid of near-inhuman agility and speed, Amon is immensely capable of pinpointing the exact spots on the human body to strike without mercy. With each jabbing attack, the affected spot suffers from temporary paralysis, destroying a person's ability to not only bend the elements, but move their body. As the original mentor for the Equalists' chi-blocking soldiers, Amon's ability to block a person's chi has become so great that he can remove a person's ability to bend permanently, with immediate side effects afflicting the victim in a near-comatose state of shock and disorientation.═╡Waterbending╞═
Water, one of the four main elements of the Avatar world. Its power is linked to the cycles of the moon, and is symbolized as the element of change. Amon's mastery of his style of waterbending reflects his Northern tribe's heritage, and his restrained, cool demeanor leaves him well in control of his abilities. With Amon's skill, he can manipulate water to take the form of ice, pull it from other forms such a plants, propel his body across surfaces like a rocket, heal physical injuries, and more.═╡Bloodbending╞═
The most taboo form of bending; using the water in a living being's blood to manipulate it to various extremes. Though originally thought to be possible only during the presence of the full moon for some select individuals, Amon stands as one of three known waterbenders to be able to use bloodbending at any time. Being bloodbent is witnessed to be an excruciating event as a person's body is turned against them and forced to behave like a marionette, no matter how much they try to physically resist. With the restriction of movement, bending becomes nearly impossible, and Amon has only had one young firebender ever manage to resist his bloodbending attack and retaliate.●●●●
