Jyushimatsu is loud, obnoxious, annoying, and very overly cheerful. It's stated by his brothers and other people that his cheerifulness is a bit scary and even inhuman, but Jyushimatsu never stops. He's also noted by his brothers to have an inability to 'slow down,' always being hyper and boosting a positive energy and a loud mouth that makes people very confused. He makes a lot of lame jokes (usually around baseball), tends to do things on the fly, is very empathetic towards others, is incredibly honest and straight forwards, and shows an unmatched kindness towards others. However, these traits are as much his downfall as they are his strengths. His kindness is very easy to take advantage of, and his child-like personality makes it hard for him to connect to other people. He does many, many things that a good portion of society wouldn't do. Because of this, people often think he's weird or strange, but he never really shows signs of letting this bother him. He rarely gets serious, upset, or sad, physically, and is known to be a bit of a crybaby. Surprisingly, none of the other Matsuno brothers are too keen on 'messing with' Jyushimatsu, as it seems.. especially on cold days.
❝ Basically, Jyushimatsu is his own genre. ❞
- Matsuno Ichimatsu |

Despite being in his 20s, Jyushimatsu has a very child-like personality, enough that he stays up every Christmas for Santa, and almost always has a permanently widened grin on his face. Although he is noted by his brothers (and many others) to be 'incredibly stupid', it's questionable whether or not this is actually the case. Many of the actions that Jyushimatsu does are done impulsively and without thinking, often with little to no meaning or logical reasoning.
Often times, Jyushimatsu will be seated or paired up with the brother arguably opposite to himself, Ichimatsu, the loner of the Matsuno group. Even though his brothers avoid Ichimatsu and usually don't get involved with him 'because Ichimatsu is scary', Jyushimatsu is either incredibly naive of it, or just doesn't care. Proof says he just doesn't care, which leads them into having a closer bond with one another than they might the rest of their brothers. Jyushimatsu is almost always with him every chance he gets, offering a stark contrast in personalities between the two, and it's heavily implied that the two are closer to each other than the rest of their family. |
Iubet igitur nos Pythius Apollo noscere nosmet ipsos. Illud dico, ea, quae dicat, praeclare inter se cohaerere. Nam quibus rebus efficiuntur voluptates, eae non sunt in potestate sapientis.
