  Monsieur Le-Grun is a well groomed troll with an ever persistent smile.

  
  There isn't much known about him as he doesn't leave the confines of his laboratory often.
  On rare occaissions he has been reported as a white haired hulk of a man in his mid fifties with a subtle beard, with a skin deathly grey as one would expect from someone that isolates himself to his scientific endeavours.
  On even rarer occaissions he can be seen fetching himself a drink. On these auspicious occaissions he's been known to dye his hair and beard, spend some time in the sun and don a classic three piece suit.
  Sometimes he goes off the grid completely, but untill recently it's been common practise for him to publish the fruits of his research on around the 77th year of each odd numbered century. Sadly most of his publications get terminated, some get forgotten and others he simply does not get (or want) credit for.
  One such piece is for certain: In the year 777 he conducted experiments in Biology. One of his experiments was a failure, but the other experiment took care of that problem. The creature was so adaptive that when Le-Grun disappeared, it took on a life of it's own. I speak of no other than the plant creature, Z'Zaj.

  ca. 177: Le-Grun may or may not have been working from the shadows to ensure the Chinese suffered defeat at the hands of the Xiabei
  ca. 375: Le-Grun helped in the construction of Buddhist temples in Korea
  ca. 577: An invention of sulfur impregnated sticks makes lighting fires for cooking easier. Some say a gray giant gave this gift of knowledge, but the again, sulfurfumes and mines...
  777 AD: Le-Grun goes public with two Biological creatures. A dragon and a plant. The dragon becomes unstable due to the mix of elements and appears to be uncontrollable. The plant proves to be a perfect remedy and subdues and later "devouers" the dragon. Le-Grun, on his deathbed, names this sentient plant "Z'Zaj".
  974AD: The troll's subterranean workshop in England explodes, causing a great earthquake.
  ca. 1170: Le-Grun's experiment waste is mistaken for Cheddar Cheese.
  ca. 1374: Le-Grun fails to find a cure for the Black Plague and is reported as dead.
  1579 AD: Le-Grun throw some oil on the fire that is the Eigthy Years War by inspiring certain treaties to be signed, causing trouble in the future for Spain. Rumour has it that after hiding within the Seventeen Provinces, the troll may have fought on the side of The Lion Of The North in the coïnciding Thirty Years War.
  1777AD: A certain troll, tired of chaotic senseless violence, co-writes the Code Duello in Ireland.
  
  Le-Grun has -as previously stated- gone dark in the 1900s. Some say he is behind the internet, others say he was too early and sparked the invention of the music genre known as Jazz, while a select few say he is late (and on purpose so even) and his invention in the future will rock the world.
  
  Those that might see him now (if they are paying attention to his features) might notice a strange metallic ring in the right side of his head, almost like a jack input.
  Whatever it is, it isn't as distracting as that huge grin of his.

  Despite being statted for ShadowRun 5e. Monsieur Le-Grun is actually immortal. Some say he is vampiric, some say he is a lich, a few say he is a rabot and even few say all we are seeing are only clones or projections of the real Le-Grun. No-one can be certain, but one thing is. He always seems to come back alive.
