  Before I begin, I would like to say that Tarlach isn't mine, I just RP him. He belongs to devcat/Nexon/whoever made Mabinogi.
  
  

  Always Short Posts I don't particularly mind how long your posts are, but I'd rather not read a ton of huge paragraphs that basically consist of nothing. I don't really have the time or patience for it anymore. I'm most happy with anything ranging from one sentence to a paragraph or two. I'll try to match your length, but I also normally only include what I feel is required for the current post. Whisper RP I'm insanely shy, and I prefer to RP in whispers. I may respond in the Furcadia window if it's small one liners, light-hearted socializing, etc, but if I don't, I apologize. I'm not trying to be rude. Sometimes I just freak out if there's a large group of people around. If you want to RP with me, I'd also prefer to discuss it in whispers first.

  Maybe Sexual RP Only for plot/character development/etc purposes. To me it's just words like any other RP is, but I won't engage in RP that is ONLY sex, because I don't care about that. I require some sort of substance in my RP... but to get anything like this out of him, you would have to force yourself on him.

  No Underage Sex Do I even need to explain this? I will NOT RP sex as Young Tarlach. No exceptions. IC = OOC It's weird. I can never tell whether I'm supposed to be answering IC or OOC when people do this sort of thing. Please stop. When you first whisper me, I expect you to be OOC. Godmoding/Power Playing I wish I didn't even have to put this, but alas. Basically, don't tell me what my character is doing, and don't bring out something that is incredibly OP just to get yourself an easy win. I get that Tarlach will lose sometimes, maybe even every time, but pulling out something that can dodge and land every hit just so you can have a victory that you didn't actually work for is uncalled for and only fun for you. I'm a bit more lenient with you telling me what's going on with my character, since there may be scenes that require it, such as when you're setting up or if he's possessed by yours or something, but please refrain from doing so if it isn't needed.

  Once upon a time, not so long ago, the aspiring warrior Tarlach set off with his friend Ruairi in a bid to find the supposed paradise of Tir Na Nog. Ruairi's dreams had been riddled with cries for help from the goddess Morrighan, who was begging him to come to the otherworldly land to rescue her. Tarlach, having been obsessed with finding the fabled place since his sister was murdered by a group of people known as Fomors, wasn't opposed to the idea and began searching for clues on how to get in. Along the way, they met a school girl named Mari, who, as a class assignment, was going to the same dungeon they were, and they decided to band together. In a couple of lone ventures, Tarlach encountered a succubus named Kristell, who begged him to have her every time he defeated her, but he refused, leaving her emotionally confused. After much searching, he was able to piece together the way into Tir Na Nog, and by then, the little group had become inseparable. However, upon arriving, they realized that the fabled paradise was not what it had been made out to be, as it was riddled with demons and monsters. Rather than turning back, the party decided to press on in order to at least try to save the goddess. This turned out to be a trap as Tarlach's old teacher appeared and had them apprehended for learning too much. When Mores faltered upon hearing Mari's name, however, the Fomorian God, Cichol, disguised himself as Morrighan and ordered the old man to execute them. Tarlach doubted that this was truly the goddess and as a result, had his body's ability to process mana hindered, leaving him fatally injured. He was rescued by Kristell, who had come to realize that she was in love with him.
  
  Now the washed-up mage resides at the Altar of Druid in the deepest part of a snowy forest called Sidhe Sneacha, forced to consume mana herbs, the very thing that could end his life in order to sustain it. He cannot leave the altar for long periods of time or he will die, but he may begrudgingly ask something of those who might pay him a visit... assuming they come at night, as during the day, a bear will be in his place instead.
  
  Be warned, however: although Tarlach is relatively harmless and won't directly attack anyone but his enemies, he is not one for socializing and will attempt to push others away.

  A succubus Tarlach fought and defeated while exploring a dungeon for clues to Tir Na Nog by himself, Kristell was rendered human when she fell in love with him. She became a nun soon after saving his life, realizing that she wanted to help people rather than antagonize them. Tarlach doesn't share her romantic feelings and rejects and/or ignores her advances... but secretly, he does think she is quite pretty.

  Cichol
  Tarlach's mortal enemy. The god of the Fomorians. Cichol lured the druid and his party in by pretending to be Morrighan, and when he had them taken prisoner, Tarlach began to doubt that he was truly the goddess they had come to help. To reward him for such, Cichol cut off his body's ability to generate mana, a dangerous thing to do to a mage, leaving him fatally wounded.

  Nao is the resurrected form of Mari, given a new name, body, and powers by the goddess Morrighan after being killed. She now resides in the soul stream, looking for new potential warriors to call upon to help the goddess where she, Tarlach, and Ruairi could not.
