• Personality

  They are best known as an asshole with morals that only apply to the masses. Carter is very independent and has issues forming close bonds with others due to only having a distant grandmother and busy mother to call family. They generally come off as cocky and don't know how to play with others. Their snapping and sarcasm can become a bit too much at times and cause conflict.
  
  Despite Carter's abhorrent people skills, they are still quite the flirt. The confidence that radiates off of them can be addicting to others. They do have a strong sense of right and wrong when it comes to big things and will always put others first in that case, but is incredibly selfish in friendship and love. Several people have been left without a word in Carter's many adventures. Still, as long as nobody is in danger, Carter thinks they are doing just fine.

• Appearance

  Carter is tall, standing at 6'1 with lean limbs and a rather boxy torso. Their skin is a dark brown and their face is made up of a strong nose and jaw, with almond-shaped eyes and thick brows. Their crooked smile is bright and dazzling, which aids in distracting from their usually unpleasant personality. Carter's long, curly black hair can be styled in anything from hanging free to braided, pulled in a bun, or tied with a simple ponytail.
  
  They wear casual clothes, usually a mix of tight pants and a loose shirt. They haven't gotten a new article of clothing since sometime in their early teen years, and most of their clothes are either thrifted or lended. Carter always has an old leather backpack filled with mostly junk, and can't go anywhere without their simple black cane. Sometimes they decorate it for special occasions, but only very rarely.

• History

  Canon:
  Cater is a space and time traveller using a magic gauntlet given to them by their grandmother. She told them that it was their job to continue her legacy, so they travel to random places in our universe and others to save whoever they can. The gauntlet can't pinpoint where the final location is, and only works once a day at midnight, so every adventure is a mystery.
  
  General:
  Carter is a young person that doesn't have much of an idea what to do in life. They have several odd jobs and experience under their belt, but their options are limited by a bad leg and a cane. They will take almost any opportunity they come across for excitement; whether it be immoral or not, as long as nobody is getting directly hurt then Carter doesn't care.
