Her personality is what Beatrice is most conflicted about. She doesn't know who she is half of the time, because she is constantly needing to swap between the "perfect daughter" routine and actually being her.

Don't be fooled by her quiet ways. She might seem soft and sweet (and she is, mostly), but she can also be very fiery when provoked. When she is angered, however, it's only a short and harsh burst, and then she gives everyone the silent treatment until she calms down - which can sometimes last through the remainder of the day.
Despite her severe lack of experience, she's surprisingly level-headed when danger presents itself and can defend herself fairly well (to an extent). Good luck getting her to initiate any attacks, though. She dreads being rude - so imagine how much she hates to physically hurt someone. It would take a lot of convincing and a good argument to get her to deal a blow to anyone.

Mannerisms: Fidgets with her hair when nervous, tugs on her earlobe when thinking, she stammers when upset or anxious, her words tend to run together and increase in volume when she gets excited about something

Likes: Lilies, lavender, quiet, strawberries, pumpkin-flavored foods, used books, making her own decisions, snow, autumn, she loves cows, chilly weather, dancing

Dislikes: Being told what to do, drunk people, strange bugs, sweating, being rude, talking to others in front of her family, being underestimated, being laughed at, small talk, when people cry (ironic considering how easily she tears up), unnecessary drama, being called "cute", obligations (with a passion!)

Fears: Not fulfilling her goals, birds, loud noises (she has sensitive ears), crowded places, frogs, having children/being pregnant (she's witnessed far too many birth complications to ever want children), & being rejected by those she loves

Weaknesses: Cannot flirt to save her life, terrible liar, combat, interpersonal skills (confrontation, public speaking, being too sensitive)

Thanks to Bea's mother's love for animals and her father's successful career, she and her sisters each have a horse to call their own. Bea's horse, Captain, is named so for his impeccable skill for navigating and never getting his rider lost.
