    Having never known her father, Cilia was raised by her mother in a little cottage in The Black Shroud. The two of them ran a small bakery in Gridania, but as the years went by, her mother took ill, leaving Cilia responsible of supporting them. She took up hunting with a lance to trade meat and pelts to various shopkeepers. After her mother passed away, Cilia decided to seek out different opportunities, bringing her to Ul'dah and eventually The Whispered Wish as a patron.
