    Evelyn grew up from a poor childhood, and stole from a young age. It started out as a survival method, then for “fun”. Her parents didn’t really care too much about her, letting her do what she wanted as a child and not teaching her responsibility. She continued to steal, and began lying to the police when they caught on her trail, and most of them believed her, so she evaded arrest often, earning her the nickname “Phantom Thief” from those who didn’t fall for her lies.
