-Personality-
Short version: Introverted, repressed, self-contained, a chameleon, dutiful, resourceful, not easily angered, trustworthy, and will take a secret to the grave. In the right company, could be light-hearted, easy-going, passionate, loyal, and, if he forgets to hold his tongue, brutally honest.
Long version: A lot of the way he acts is due to the way his family has put all the pressure of upholding their image on him. He's skilled at weaving through social situations with grace and pretending he has it all together, but it's an act. On the inside, he's crumbling under the pressure. Years of stress have started to eat at him. If he's not called upon, he needs to be left alone to have a moment to cope. Putting on a face for years has been wreaking havoc on him, especially when he can't even find it in himself to be himself around his crazy siblings.
At his core, he's not a conformist. He's just scared. He doesn't know how to break out of the mold they've stuffed him in. The way his brother and sister can just do whatever they want, and not care about the consequences makes him jealous. Maybe it's an oldest sibling thing. But even before they started being rebellious, he's been careful and can't seem to conjure up a spine to speak his mind. Never step a toe out of line, he told himself. Never get in trouble, never talk back, never give anyone any reason to worry.
All of the rebellious nature in him is severely repressed. A lot of his thoughts are occupied by a need for something to change. He has no idea how to communicate it. He feels that he's on the verge of needing something to change drastically or losing himself completely.

Family History: He's the oldest of three, with a younger brother named Harley (21), and a younger sister named Petra (18). His parents both came from old money. They grew up with their maternal grandparents in the house, and more often than not, aunts or cousins around at all times too. He wouldn't say he's close with his parents, though they think they are, and he wishes he was closer with his siblings, tired of being the buzzkill.
Relationship history: He had a girlfriend through Junior year of high school through to his last year of college. They had an amicable breakup; they just grew apart. They're still friends.
