She is never without a smile on her face, and a pep in her step. Her eyes swirl with life, curiosity,
and adventure. She whistles while she works, she makes friends with her customers, and she makes sure each one is satisfied.

Her heart is bigger than the mountains, believing that there is good in everyone and everything. Nora is undoubtedly loyal, dedicated, and perseverant; not only to her work, but to those she deems worthy of that loyalty and dedication.

And yet, this leaves room for her to be naive. Too trusting. Too caring. Too negligent of her own mental and physical well-being.

But, she means the best. And wishes the best for everyone she meets.
