Lambert

A big fella born and raised in a rural farming town, be it a modern or Fantasy setting, He's a kind young man with a big heart who was raised to stand up for people who can't stand up for themselves. Often quiet, but a lover of music and song as well as sweets. He has a skill with ice magic and healing magic, though isn't exactly what one would call a typical mage.

He's a brawler, using his bulk, muscle and a body coated in ice magic to become the biggest, scariest moving object in the area. Incredibly durable, this result of him becoming the center of attention actually often tips the balance in his favor. More often than not, when he doesn't go down in the first few strikes and he keeps approaching.... people tend to panic.

As many people do, Lambert has a side he dislikes showing people. Though on the outside he's a calm, collected young man with a heart of gold. The truth is he's a mentally unstable man with violently protective tendencies who is easily manipulated, physically and emotionally, by those who he cares for.

Proof of this is his criminal record, mainly involving manslaughter, when he killed a man in what he had claimed was self defense. Though his bail was paid by a combination of friends and family, the experience shook Lambert, and he realized that when he had been crushing the wind-pipe of the man who laid hands on his mother.... he enjoyed it.... he enjoyed taking a life and it scared him.

He's been left little more than a man wearing a mask, crumbling beneath the smile he holds so diligently.
