• Biography

  Pepin was born in Lyon, France to a Japanese father and half-Japanese mother who emigrated to France two years before she was born. Her father was strict and calculating, and Pepin was somehow everything her father didn't want her to be, minus the good grades. Pepin enjoyed sports like Parkour, martial arts, and soccer as a child, which her father didn't care for, but let her participate in, nonetheless. Around the time Pepin was 17, she was involved in a relationship with a boy who was a few years older that she had met during a Parkour meet, and her father did not condone this. So Pepin moved out. However, the relationship didn't last much longer, and the two split. Pepin finished university early and moved to the United States, hoping to find work at a French embassy, but she ended up working at a book store instead. Daily, she works at Narnes and Bolbe, and when she doesn't she rides her bike around the city and sits alone in her tiny apartment.
