Cobalt Lightning is normally very collected; He prefers to wait, building up his power for a single overwhelming strike. He has a preference for his speed, and will go into battle with cold fury or detached boredom.
As his name implies; Cobalt Lightning embodies a combined essence of ice and lightning; able to cover his body and/or parts of it with electricity to attack along with his skills. He is also capable of absorbing the heat in an area into himself, cooling the area down and strengthening his ice attacks. The absorbed heat will normally be channeled into electrical energy and released back as lightning.
Cobalt Flame is dominant to most, egotistical and violent, cruel when he wants to be, but will act as the voice of reason when he sees it..
