  Observations: though the full moon presents the point of highest danger in the lunar cycle where Jistens willpower alone is insufficient to prevent transformation, any lapse of concentration can result in a change to some degree ranging from the deformation of some part of his body to a total change of formless.
  
  1#If his shape is not maintained Jistens' body becomes incredibly corrosive to the touch quickly dissolving stone, metal, and flesh. only glazed ceramics and glass or items of a magical nature suffer no effects.
  
  Treatment: 2 times daily medications consumed to counter the imbalanced pH of his altered form can render this mostly harmless so long as a strict schedule of treatment is maintained.
  
  2# Lunar sensitivity. regardless of whether he sees the full moon itself or not from sunset to sunrise Jisten loses all conscious control over the shape of his body and his actions and will hunt and consume any living matter he encounters.
  
  Treatment: so long as symptom 1 is treated the corrosive properties of this state are negated and though uncomfortable a victim can expect no more than the equivalent of a mild sunburn.
  
  3# [possible Contagion situation] if in his slime state he reaches nutrient saturation he may seek out a living female lifeform, regardless of medication the slime form ceases to be corrosive and instead begins seeking entry to a host body through any exposed cut, if no exposed rout to the bloodstream exists it may attempt to move the entirety of its mass into the prospective host by any entry it determines viable, [Further experimentation on converted subjects abandoned]

• Experimental Procedures

  Just as the difference between a Poison and are medicine are in the application and dose
  the following have proven viable uses of his cursed state for the benefit of others:
  
  1# Surgical: through a simple Cut Jisten can control a partial or full limb shift, flowing an arm or more into the patent's body while maintaining a form of second sight through the limb to do a wide variety of delicate procedures limited only by his modest medical education.
  
  2# injection: through direct contact with the patients' skin the Jisten can administer drugs normally injected by needles such as local anesthetic or reverse the process to extract poisons or infections.
  
  3# Symbiotic Regeneration: in cases where a full limb or vital organ has been rendered inoperable and if the only alternative to treatment is death Jisten can fill the space with a functioning replica made from himself requiring Jisten remain in full contact with the patient till regeneration of the part is complete [more testing needed] in rare cases the patent may have a rejection response to the temporary body part, this, in turn, prompts a counter defense response from the donor resulting in the sudden and total consumption of the patient. all further testing is to be done on non-sentient beings from this point on unless no other option proves viable to save a life.
