Ibtisam had a very unfortunate upbringing. She was born in western Canada on an illegal fur farm where she witnessed dozens upon dozens of wolves and various other creatures being tortured and skinned alive for their fur, their bloody yet still conscious bodies left to suffer. Up until she was a yearling living in a small fenced in area with five other wolves, Ibtisam had to fend for herself over the small scraps of unidentified animal meat that was thrown her way. Fortunate enough for her while one day being transported elsewhere (for unknown reasons), the humans noticed they were being followed by a Yellowstone ranger. They quickly turned off onto a dirt road and dumped Ibtisam's crate into what would later be known as Yellowstone.
As of March 6th, 2016 she's been residing in Yellowstone in search of a new life and happiness.
