Primordials as a species are surrounded by lore that is as vast and varied as the stars, but like stars there are some things that most can agree with. They are immortals; to claim to have killed one is to be instantly marked a fool and laughed at. They are not of this world and to touch one would be deemed sinful by most of the mortal races. They are creatures that are infused with the inherent magics that come from the earth's most precious stones, their characteristics shaping and forming into specific schools of magic as they age. They come from eggs, strangely enough, that appear as beautiful polished versions of the stones that they will inherit when they emerge.
Svanhild arrived in a land of snow and ice, with trees as towering and looming as any bastion or spire. Though the first settlement of people that she encountered fostered a sort of goddess complex in her, as they had never seen such a creature. Not to mention that she never aged, and moved with nomadic peoples through the wind and ice for generations. It was not a pampered lifestyle, beaten down by both sun and ice, but she is undoubtedly one of the most hardy of the Primordials. The people trained her in smithing and combat, and in turn she would slay the enemies of the northern people for many thousands of years.
The abilities that the Obsidian stone granted her allowed her to nullify magic, taking it as her own as stored power. This power allowed for what she deemed to be the truest form of combat; strength above all of the trickery that magic allowed for. Though she understood the slight hypocritical approach she took in using magic to take away magic--and even she wasn't above its use. The stored energy could be converted into intense healing energy, showing a shift of her colors from pure, black obsidian to green obsidian. Those that have seen this shift tell of the change in the Primordial's body with the most striking being a change in her fur's color from black to green.

Obsidian Magic:
Obsidian will be able to shift in color from Black Obsidian, to Green Obsidian. Depending on which form they are in, they will have slightly different powers.
Black Obsidian: Has a natural absorbent magic. This Mythical essentially soaks up the magic of any other Primordials/magic users near them. (They can't use them, they simply disable them when near. I.E., For instance, Diamond is an amplifier and reflector. When she's near another Primo, they mind their powers going a little wonky. Obsidian's presence would knock out all of Diamond's amplification power, therefore actually AIDING the Primos). This absorbency also applies to poisons and hypnotism attempts. This Mythical can not be harmed by any traditional means.
Green Obsidian: When channeling Green Obsidian, magic becomes a healing kickstart, using the magic absorbed in Black Obsidian to heal any in close proximity. Likely an important Mythical during any variety of battle, as they can effortlessly heal any around them automatically, while also rendering any negative magic useless. (Again, An automatic proximity magic). While in this form, Obsidian can also manipulate shadows. -
