The Stranger is an entity born of stardust and ideas (or psi, if you prefer the scientific approach) between the stars and the black velocities, and the shining movements, and the silent gulfs of space.
He's the sole member of a species, a polyextremophile with a negligible amount of latent telekinetic and telepathic abilities. He could be called an interdimensional hobo, even. No home, no origin point to speak of, and always a little bit foreign no matter where he is or how long he's been there.
Despite being one of a kind and ageless, the Stranger shows an amazing lack of maturity, having mercurial mood swings and a poor understanding of emotions and consequences. He's a little bit of a pacifist, quite a bit of a liar, and rather contradictory. Overall he comes across as exceptionally flippant and repressed.
Even with all his oddities, though, the Stranger looks fairly unremarkable. He's short for a man, has a lithe but average build, and has notably blemishless, pale skin, black hair, and star-black eyes. Barring pan-dimensional alterations, the Stranger seems quite human upon first glance but for some minor abnormalities and a je ne sais quoi.
